Private sled-skiing tours are offered all season for all ski levels and abilities. Join enthusiastic skiers for awe-inspiring sled-access skiing in some of the most stunning terrain Canada has to offer.

Bring a personal snowmobile or rent one ($50-75/person + GST). Avalanche safety gear and backcountry touring skis with skins are also available for rental. No experience necessary to drive the snowmobiles—instruction provided and trails-only access keeps it accessible.

Terrain options include McBride Peak on the Canadian Rockies side of the Robson Valley—close to town with a quick sled ride up to treeline accessing days of ski terrain with minimal sled traffic. Lucille Peak offers beginner-friendly options, while Dore Road on the Cariboo Mountains side provides incredible glacier skiing. Location is selected based on current weather and avalanche conditions.

Use snowmobiles to gain access to incredible backcountry ski terrain in the Robson Valley. Most participants ride two to a machine—typically one person drives up the trail, and the other drives back down, giving everyone a chance to drive if desired.

Although there may be a chance to get a quick ride to the top of a ski run, most of the time the snowmobile takes the group to a destination and then ski touring begins from there using skins.

McBride Peak (Canadian Rockies side): Close to town, quick sled ride to treeline, accesses days of ski terrain with minimal sled traffic

Lucille Peak: Beginner-friendly terrain with beautiful views

Dore Road (Cariboo Mountains side): Incredible glacier skiing

McBride is known for a deep and reliable snowpack, typically around 200cm at treeline and more up high. Belle Mountain is often accessible until the end of April, providing a nice long season.
